Spotify For Android Is Testing a New Interface

The Spotify Android app, which is a complete copy of the iOS version, and therefore does not fully comply with the system, seems to eventually come up with an interface update. Spotify's Android Application's New Interface, Our Face is Smiling

According to the information we have from screenshots shared by one of our Google+ users, we have a new interface. The interface is rather simplified compared to the current version, and the extra tab seems to have been removed. One of the biggest changes is that the album lid shows a closed area with a pre-framed picture, and the application is now completely back plane on the play screen.

The application, which previously had 5 different tabs at the bottom, has only 3 tabs with editing, and these tabs are exactly the most used ones. The search screen was also reshaped to get rid of the gap. The empty space is populated with popular content and displayed in tapes.

We know that Spotify's tests are short-lived, although the new application version is available for very few people at this time. We are very much looking forward to the final version of the interface that will be available to all of us in the near future.
